Aquarelle has joined forces with the master artisan pâtissier, Sébastien Laurent, to bring you a range of exceptional recipes developed with his inimitable savoir-faire and experience. Using only the finest ingredients - vanilla from Madagascar, pistachios from Sicily, lemons from Menton, figs from Solliès, chocolate from Ecuador, raspberries from Machilly and butter caramel from Isigny - he has created a unique selection of flavours we have assembled in attractive boxes of 8 or 16 macaroons.

Composition and conservation
These fresh flowers will travel in a non-spill vase designed especially by Aquarelle to keep the stems in water during transport.
The following care tips, which will be included with your order, will help your recipient enjoy this bouquet for as long as possible:
- Cut the tie surrounding the stems
- Clean the stems, removing any leaves that will be immersed in water.
- Trim the stems according to the height of your vase.
- Fill the vase with fresh water.
- Add the sachet of plant food provided.
- Change the water and trim the stems every 2 days
The best place to store your macaroons is in the refrigerator. Place them on the centre shelf, where the temperature of 4 to 6°C is ideal for macaroons. To enjoy them at their best, we suggest you take them out 20 minutes before eating and finish them within 3 days of reception.
